All orders are final sale due to their made-to-order nature.

Production begins 48 hours after your order is placed, and once the order is placed, cancellations or returns are no longer accepted.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.

If the item is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately via [Contact] within 3 days of delivery.

 

Silver naturally oxidizes over time, resulting in subtle changes in color.

This is an inherent property of the material and not a defect.

Texture irregularities, oxidation marks, and scratches are natural results of the handcrafted process and are intentional design elements.

These are not considered defects.

Exchanges are only accepted for the same item and only if the product is defective or incorrect.

Returns must be received and inspected before any exchange or refund is processed. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your request.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using an insured shipping service and retaining the receipt, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy.
